Alan E. Brooker is a board certified clinical neuropsychologist who holds a PhD in psychology with a concentration in counseling from Kansas State University and an MS in special education, rehabilitation, and school psychology from California State University. He refined his focus to clinical neuropsychology during a two-year residency at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. Alan E. Brooker subsequently began working with the David Grant USAF Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base in California, ultimately becoming chief neuropsychologist and military consultant to the Air Force Surgeon General. He left the military field in the early 1990s, establishing affiliations with multiple healthcare organizations and private businesses.

Alan E. Brooker has been working as a consultant to the Sanofi-Aventis subsidiary Hoechst AG since partnering with the organization in 1998 (then Hoechst Marion Roussel). Mr. Brooker also holds an industrial medical council appointment as a qualified medical evaluator with the State of California Division of Workers’ Compensation.
